Gautham Gopalakrishna

Co-founder & CFO (Chief Farming Officer)

By weekday, Gautham leads Entrupy India and drives product strategy in the world of AI, computer vision, and authentication technologies. By weekend, he swaps laptops for gumboots, walking the fields at Bilva Farms and checking in on every tree and animal as if they were extended family.

A long-time believer in sustainable living, Gautham sees the farm as a living classroom where soil, microbes, trees, and animals all have something to teach us. He values shared experiences over things, whether it is a quiet sunrise on the farm, a family harvest day, or simply sitting with Gowri and Dhatri, gently scratching their necks and talking to them like old friends.

At Bilva, his role as Chief Farming Officer is not just a title — he is the one who obsesses over the health of the soil, the balance of inputs, and the long-term vision of living in harmony with nature.

Nandashree Natarajan

Co-founder & Chief Marketing Officer

With over a decade in education, Nandashree Natarajan’s journey with young learners has shaped her perspective, deepened her understanding, and grounded her in the quiet power of shared growth. As Principal at Sri Kumaran Children’s Home (Tata Silk Farm), she leads with warmth, intention, and a deep respect for each child’s natural rhythm, believing that learning is most alive when hands meet soil, feet stay rooted, and imagination is free to wander.

In the same spirit, her bond with Bilva Farms is deeply meaningful and grounding. She envisions the farm as a place where children and families can reconnect with food, seasons, and simple living, bringing her passion for nature-based pedagogy to life through stories, activities, and experiences that nurture a lifelong love for learning. As Co‑founder and Chief Marketing Officer, she carries Bilva’s philosophy to the world through authentic storytelling, community engagement, and meaningful connections — ensuring its essence is felt, not just communicated.

Sharath Haikadi

Co-founder, Farm Chef & CEO (Chief Entertainment Officer)

Sharath is a Managing Director at Accenture, working on cutting-edge technology, AI architecture, and large-scale digital transformations. Yet, the joy that lights up his face most is often found not in boardrooms, but in the farm — holding a mango or stirring a pot in the farm kitchen.

He finds deep satisfaction in “growing and giving” — seeing a tree he planted bear fruit, then turning that fruit into a meal that everyone shares around a long table. At Bilva Farms, Sharath is the unofficial chef, always experimenting with seasonal produce, and the Chief Entertainment Officer, making sure there is laughter and good food whenever friends and family drop by.

Nandini Vishwanathapura

Co-founder

Nandini is a post‑graduate in computer science who chose to put home, family at the forefront of her life. Her interest has gently shifted from computers to an yearning interest in Aayurveda (ಆಯುರ್ವೇದ) and Yoga that support a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

She is especially drawn to medicinal plants — tulsi, neem, brahmi, aloe, and many others — and their quiet power in everyday life. She knows which leaf is just right for a kashaya (ಕಷಾಯ), and which plant can soothe a cough, cold, or a drink to refresh the mind after a long stressful day. She believes Bilva is not just about organic food, but also about holistic, natural living. She enjoys the sounds and the visuals of our farm, and has the purest affection towards our farm animals.
